Should you take vitamins? interesting. i've recently started taking a multi-vitamin and several anti-oxidants. mostly because i saw a show that talked about a study in australia that had developed an anti-oxidant which caused some kind of worms to live twice as long. I haven't started taking folic acid yet, but i won't be taking 400 mcg, i'll be taking 4000. that's what my doctor recommended. basically he said that since there's no negative side-effects from taking huge dosages, more is better, just to be safe. 08:46 am
